Tiffani Sykhammountry

Director of Development

As the Director of Development at New Politics Leadership Academy, Tiffani is focused on sustaining and growing long-term investments in New Politics Leadership Academy’s mission to recruit, develop, and elect servant leaders. 

Tiffani also serves as the volunteer co-executive director of the Asian-American Women’s Political Initiative, the country's only political leadership organization for Asian American women.  Prior to joining New Politics Leadership Academy, Tiffani worked as the National Finance Managers for Rep. Joe Kennedy III of MA, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of NY, and Off the Sidelines PAC.  She served as a Regional Logistics Manager for the Service Employers Union International (SEIU). 

Tiffani is a graduate of Simmons University and resides in Boston, MA.
