This session is offered bimonthly and is a chance to encounter the approach to leadership development that is central to our work. The session will be led by Dr. Max Klau, a Harvard-trained leadership expert who is the Chief Program Officer at NPLA. There will be 15 min. info session at the end and there is no cost to attend.

Serving with Pride

New Politics Leadership Academy (NPLA) is a non-partisan nonprofit dedicated to recruiting and supporting servant leaders — military veterans, national service alumni, and transformational leaders who have committed themselves to service — to run for office.

LGBTQ Victory Insitute (Victory) is the only non-partisan nonprofit in the U.S. dedicated to training LGBTQ+ people how to run winning campaigns.

We’re partnering with the Victory Institute to host an insightful panel on the journey of running for office as an LGBTQ person. Our panelists include Cristina Flores, Itay Balely, Andre Carroll, and a Nashville City Councilor Olivia Hill. Join us as they discuss their experiences running for office!
