Biography
Tabitha May-Tolub (she/her) is a dedicated and compassionate leader in training, leadership development, and organizational health. Known for her ability to foster collaboration and alignment, Tabitha brings over 20 years of experience helping individuals and teams grow and succeed. Tabitha’s professional journey is grounded in her academic background—a B.A. in Psychology from Clark University and graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Massachusetts, Boston—which informs her ability to support organizations in navigating human dynamics and fostering authentic engagement. Currently, Tabitha serves as the Director of Client Engagements at KJR Consulting, where she focuses on building and maintaining client relationships while delivering tailored solutions that enhance organizational health and performance. In this role, she collaborates with internal and external partners to design, implement, and evaluate strategies that support high-performing organizations and thriving workplace cultures. She also founded Roots & Wings Training and Consultation, designing impactful development programs that supported schools, businesses, and community organizations in aligning their missions, values, and cultures for greater success. Throughout her career, Tabitha has approached her work with humility and a deep commitment to collaboration, always striving to help others find growth, purpose, and connection in their work.
