Biography

Rafael had the privilege to lead people and organizations at various levels in the U.S. Army for 26 years. Since retirement, he wants to continue to serve in a different capacity - promoting national service. He currently volunteers with several veteran service organizations and community organizations.  

Our country is facing some serious issues that require as many Americans to be part of the solution AND the political will to implement solutions.  To that end, Rafael believes that we need good people to participate in our political process and lead with values.
