Biography
Lauren is an ATC Fall 2024 alumna and a leadership coach who holds an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In 2024, Lauren co-designed and implemented a technical residency in AI & Cybersecurity for Colorwave, a nonprofit that seeks to connect underrecognized groups with opportunities in the innovation economy. For many years, Lauren served in a number of leadership roles at a national nonprofit called Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), which seeks to advance career opportunity and economic mobility for underrecognized communities.  At MLT, Lauren led the Career Prep program through a period of aggressive growth, and prior to that led the MBA Professional Development program. Lauren began her career in asset management roles, first at Goldman Sachs and later JPMorgan Private Bank. Lauren earned her B.S. from Duke University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
