Answering the Call: facilitator Application
Dear Applicant:
Thank you for your interest in serving as a Facilitator for Answering the Call, a leadership development experience designed to help public service alumni* explore their interest in potentially seeking political office.
Facilitators play a vital role in making this experience powerful for participants. For this role, it is not required that you have a service background yourself; nor is it important that you have a personal interest in seeking public office. Rather, we are looking for individuals who are skilled, experienced, and engaging facilitators of small group learning experiences. Our ideal facilitators will know how to hold a space for others, invite inquiry and dialogue, and promote reflection on meaningful questions.
If selected, Facilitators will complete a 1.5-day training experience in Boston (all expenses will be covered by us), and will run the five- session program either in their home city or with a group participating virtually.
If you are a skilled facilitator who is interested in serving as an Answering the Call facilitator, please take a few minutes to fill out the below application and tell us about yourself.
