Evan Chernack

Advisor

Evan (he/him) is a Campaign Advisor at New Politics, where he serves as a personal advisor, coach, and liaison to Democratic candidates and senior campaign staff. He provides strategic guidance on various verticals—including fundraising, organizing, communications, and paid media—and works closely with campaigns to help build their infrastructure, develop an effective message, and foster a positive culture.

An experienced strategist and campaign manager, Evan joined New Politics after managing a $3.5 million DCCC Red to Blue congressional campaign, where he won a competitive Democratic primary. Previously, he served as political director for now-Rep. Pat Ryan (NY-18). Evan also has a deep background in fundraising, having worked as a finance director on competitive congressional races in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York, and as a PAC fundraiser and consultant. 

Evan graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in International Politics, Foreign Policy, and Policy Processes. He lives in Brooklyn, NY.
