Biography

Brenda Johnson is a certified corporate trainer and professional facilitator, serving as the CEO of the Collaborative Training Company LLC, a professional development and training solutions provider. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Brenda earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and spent 15 years in engineering consulting. After transitioning into the nonprofit sector, she gained extensive experience as a high-net-worth fundraiser and development strategist, building national support for major organizations. More recently, Brenda has focused on workforce development, helping individuals progress from entry-level positions to executive leadership. She is passionate about connecting people to meaningful careers and providing the training and resources to drive career growth at all levels. Brenda maintains her professional license to practice engineering, is a certified scrum master and certified workforce development professional. Brenda has called Atlanta, GA home for over 25 years, where she enjoys the warm weather and the hospitality of southern living.
