There are equal numbers of men and women in the population, but women are woefully underrepresented in politics. In over 7,000 state legislative seats across the country, men outnumber women by more than 3 to 1.* New Politics Leadership Academy is making a concerted effort to recruit more women servant leaders to continue serving in politics.
